Garden & Plant Care Services
- Detailed pruning and shaping of shrubs, hedges, and plants to support healthy growth and maintain a clean, attractive form. We also clear branches from walkways and building edges to keep the property safe and accessible.
- Full garden bed maintenance, including hand-weeding, raking, and clean edging to keep all beds looking neat and well-defined through every season.
- Tree pruning up to 15 ft, focusing on proper structure, canopy lifting, and removal of suckers. Seasonal pruning in late fall promotes long-term strength and balanced growth.
- Complete leaf and debris cleanup at every visit. All walkways, driveways, and common areas are blown clean, and all clippings and green waste are removed from the site and recycled.
- Consistent communication & property monitoring: Richcoast Landscaping will update the property representative with any concerns or observations related to lawn and plant health, irrigation issues, or general landscape conditions.
Lawn Maintenance Services
• Seasonal lawn aeration (March) to boost soil health and improve root development. Aeration removes small plugs of soil and thatch, enhancing air flow, water penetration, and nutrient uptake for a stronger, healthier lawn.
Weekly lawn mowing & edging for all turf areas from (April through November), maintaining a clean, even appearance throughout the growing season. During the off-season, mowing is performed on an as-needed basis.
Two fertilizer applications (May & October) using high-quality, slow-release, organic-based products. These feed the lawn gradually over time for sustained colour, thickness, and vitality.
Two lime applications (March & November) using granular dolomite lime applied with a broadcast spreader to help balance soil pH and support optimal nutrient absorption.
